Great Quality, but Sizing and Support Fell Short ![User picture]()
I really like the look and quality of this ring. The black and acid green finish looks great, and it feels well made. Unfortunately, the sizing didn't work out for me. I had my finger and old ring professionally measured by a jeweler, who recommended going from an 11(my old ring size) to a 10.5. Even with that adjustment, the ring is still noticeably too big.
I reached out to customer service by email to ask about my options, but I never received a response. The only email I received afterward was a request to leave a review, which was disappointing.
Overall, I think it's a nice looking, well made ring, but the lack of customer service makes it difficult to recommend as a 5 star if you have any sizing issues.

Extraordinary Customer Service
They had the absolute best ring ever for my Dino loving hubby. He let me know what size he wanted, but once he put it on, he thought it was too wide. I emailed in, and they responded quickly and pleasantly and were able to help me out without having to buy an entirely new ring since ours was engraved. Each ring arrived quickly. We couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase.
