You must contact us via our contact form within 3 days of USPS delivering your package to request an exchange/return. Item must be sent back to us within 30 days and be returned back in original condition with the tag still on the jewelry to be eligible for exchange/return. Please note that there is a 10% restock fee on most items.
It is important that you get your correct size before placing your order. All of our Tungsten rings are a comfort fit style, resulting in a very comfortable fit. We highly recommend going to at least 2 reputable jewelers to get measured for a comfort fit band. Comfort fit bands are slightly domed on the inside so it will fit a little looser than your standard band. Standard bands are flat on the inside, so the metal will grip more of your finger making it feel more snug.
