All shipments within the contiguous USA are FREE. Generally, orders placed with us will leave our shop within 3 business days. Occasionally, due to production time, an order will take up to four days to ship. If this happens we will be sure to contact you and let you know when your item will ship. Although your item may ship out immediately it may take longer than that to receive your tracking number. International Orders (Non-US Customers) - TheArtisanRings.com is happy to serve our international (Non-US based) shoppers. Intended for the lowest priced shipping price on international orders, we have picked to deliver using the United States Post Office. Shipping and handling rates for international orders will be $25.00 USD and can take about 7 - 10 working days. Returns
Any jewelry item that has NOT been customized or laser engraved may be exchanged or returned, less shipping. You must contact us via our contact form within 3 days of USPS delivering your package to request an exchange/return. Item must be sent back to us within 30 days and be returned back in original condition with the tag still on the jewelry to be eligible for exchange/return. Please note that there is a 10% restock fee on most items.
It is important that you get your correct size before placing your order. All of our Tungsten rings are a comfort fit style, resulting in a very comfortable fit. We highly recommend going to at least 2 reputable jewelers to get measured for a comfort fit band. Comfort fit bands are slightly domed on the inside so it will fit a little looser than your standard band. Standard bands are flat on the inside, so the metal will grip more of your finger making it feel more snug.

Comfort fit - slight curve on the inside of the band.
