All shipments within the contiguous USA are FREE. Generally, orders placed with us will leave our shop within 3 business days. Occasionally, due to production time, an order will take up to four days to ship. If this happens we will be sure to contact you and let you know when your item will ship. Although your item may ship out immediately it may take longer than that to receive your tracking number. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us. Generally, we will ship all orders via UPS. We reserve the right to use any carrier.

Shipments To Alaska, Canada, and US Territories

We are happy to ship to one of these areas but unfortunately additional shipping will be charged. To see the cost to ship to one of these areas, add a product to your cart and go through the checkout process. Costs are determined by your exact location. All shipments to one of these areas will also ship within 3 business days. In most cases, your order will leave our warehouse within 1 business day.

International Orders (Non-US Customers) - TheArtisanRings.com is happy to serve our international (Non-US based) shoppers.  Intended for the lowest priced shipping price on international orders, we have picked to deliver using the United States Post Office.  Shipping and handling rates for international orders will be $25.00 USD and can take about 7 - 10 working days.  A tracking number will be provided to you, so you're able to track the package from the U.S. Post Office's web-site or your country's postal service website, since it will be delivered by your country's postal service as soon as it clears customs.  For quicker service, we have FedEx delivery to the majority of countries for $35.00 USD.  Shipment time is going to be about 3 - 4 days to almost all locations.  A tracking number will be provided for you, to help you track your package. 

Note: If you are an international customer, you may need to pay customs taxations since you are importing an item of jewelry to your country. TheArtisanRings.com cannot determine what taxes  your country charges, nor can we have any control of exactly what your country's authorities charges, however this tax rate is usually the same as your country's VAT tax rate.  You will have to seek the advice of the customs professionals in your country to find the specific charge.  It is your government which is charging you this tax, not us.  Our team might possibly assist you to minimize this tax, please contact us for more information.

Damages & Exchanges

Returns

Any jewelry item that has NOT been customized or laser engraved may be exchanged or returned, less shipping. You must contact us via our contact form within 3 days of USPS delivering your package to request an exchange/return. Item must be sent back to us within 30 days and be returned back in original condition with the tag still on the jewelry to be eligible for exchange/return. Please note that there is a 10% restock fee on most items.

It is important that you get your correct size before placing your order. All of our Tungsten rings are a comfort fit style, resulting in a very comfortable fit. We highly recommend going to at least 2 reputable jewelers to get measured for a comfort fit band. Comfort fit bands are slightly domed on the inside so it will fit a little looser than your standard band. Standard bands are flat on the inside, so the metal will grip more of your finger making it feel more snug.

There are 2 types of rings:

Standard fit - completely flat on the inside of the band.

Comfort fit - slight curve on the inside of the band.
